Queenie I – Queen Elizabeth I, 1533-1603. She died at the age of 70 and had a 45 year reign. “A woman with a strong head,” her temper and her talents equally fitted her for government. She was not considered beautiful as a woman for it is thought by some historians; that she had been ill when young which produced hair loss, hence, the necessity for wigs. Her reign was considered “the Golden Age.”

The French Bulldog was chosen for its courageousness and aggressiveness, barking only for cause, and can be a bit of a clown.
